If you received these kind of sms then you are not alone, many people are receiving these nowadays. This is a new kind of Scam Technique in market. Please DO NOT CALL or DO NOT TELL your Aadhaar no. or any kind of Personal details.
Even if you does not understand the sms then go to your nearby Vodafone store or Your Network Service Provider store and show them the sms.
Also you can identify the location and operator name of the sms sender.
When you receives a message from any provider or bank etc. , a sender id along with a prefix is displayed in the inbox . For example- VK-ViCARE, AX-INPOST etc. The prefixes VK, AX are displayed because sms is sent in huge number via bulk sms. SMS providers follow rules framed by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
* Sender id should be 6 characters (e.g. ViCARE)
The prefix has a specific meaning. The First character of prefix displays the operator name -
